I wish they would turn down the volume on TV (or music). It's loud enough with people yelling about sports. It doesn't NEED TO BE even louder with Mexican soccer music and announcers. I don't even speak Spanish that well. The loud Spanish announcer for soccer is torture.

Great produce, tons of inventory. Clean and easy to find groceries. They were super busy with long lines for check out and they opened up more registers to quickly get customers moving.

This is an update for my previous experience (online shopping and receiving overpriced expired food, specifically from the deli and the bakery). Most recent, the pharmacy customer service has declined tremendously. It was mediocre before but now.... The pharmacy manager does not set a positive example of customer service by allowing his staff to hang up on customers and talking badly about customers and not resolving issues in a timely manner. The tech is rude and does not have manners. Instead of listening she insistes on interrupting me and talking over me. Calling back is not an option for me because they allow the phone to ring off the hook so it goes to voicemail and I know they have caller I.D. which allows staff to ignore calls they dont want to answer. I have yet to hear from anyone from this Vons about my prescription that was billed to my insurance and never received by me. Thankfully there are other pharmacies and grocery stores in the area with better customer service.
