Wow what a find! Soak up the retro atmosphere and enjoy the friendly service! We went on Thursday and had the $15 lunch special with a good selection available all including a coffee, tea or soft drink. Add a dessert for $5. I had the pasta and it was generous and yummy and included garlic bread. Make this a go to destination if in the Nowra area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20 Vegetarian options: There are some options Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp. Outside is grass or gravel not paved, so a bit hard going.

If you’re anywhere near Greenwell Point or in Nowra, Von’s Vintage Café is an absolute standout. From the moment you walk in, there’s a warm, inviting atmosphere with a unique vintage charm that makes it feel instantly special. The food is exceptional—fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. Everything is consistently delicious. The coffee is particularly impressive and clearly made with care. Von and Nic are what truly elevate the experience. The service is genuine, friendly, and welcoming without being over the top. You can tell there’s real pride behind everything they do, and it shows. A fantastic local gem with great food, great coffee, and even better hospitality. Highly recommend if you’re in the Nowra, Pyree or Greenwell Point area—you won’t be disappointed! Vons Vintage Café is such a special little place. Authentic 60s style, relaxed atmosphere and genuinely friendly service – you can feel the personality as soon as you walk in. They offer both a regular menu, a dedicated gluten-free menu and a vegan menu, which makes it easy to find something that fits your needs. And the cakes… so many delicious gluten-free options – it’s hard to choose. Super cosy, welcoming and full of charm. A place you’ll want to come back to.
