Placed an order online. I checked in well within my pickup time. After 20 minutes of waiting (now past pickup window) as well as being noticed and acknowledged by staff at the PC express station, no one came out to give me my paid order. I received a phone call 5 minutes after leaving telling me they couldn't find me and I need to come back. Spoke with the store manager who didn't seem too concerned. Will not go back to a grocery store who can't perform basic services while charging customers for such services. Walmart customer service and prices are better.
