We had fried chicken, greens, mac and cheese, and sweet potato fluff. The food was good, although the greens were a bit too salty and the Mac and cheese was dry. The place is clean but the cashier was less than friendly. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I got the fish and shrimp combo with red bean, white rice w/brown gravy. You get two fillet piece of fish w/ 5 good size shrimps. I am down home Southern man, and everything was truly Smasingly hitting. Come to this great restaurant. You won't be disappointed. The is good too.

OMG, this food was SOOOO good!! We have seen this place, but had never eaten here. I wanted soul food, so we came here to V's Kitchen. I ordered the fried pork chops, collard greens, mac & cheese, and cornbread. My husband got the fried fish and the same sides with a roll. Every single thin was absolutely amazing!! I would eat here everyday if I could. My only regret is that we waited so long to eat here! We will for certain be back!! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
