Vuliò, a Puglian street food establishment in Rome, offers a cozy and welcoming ambiance with a simple yet charming interior design. This fine dining spot is frequented by locals and tourists alike, seeking an authentic taste of Italy. The menu features open-faced sandwiches made with locally sourced meats and cheeses, such as the Zalone with creamy burrata, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil leaves. The freshly baked bread, made in-house, is exceptional and pairs perfectly with the selection of Italian wines, including the house red that is to die for. For those looking for a quick bite, Vuliò also offers a variety of soft drinks, craft beers, and espresso. Prices are very reasonable, with sandwiches priced around $4.00 (US dollars). Outdoor seating is available for those who prefer to dine al fresco. Located just a few blocks away from the Vatican Museums, Vuliò is the perfect lunch spot after a day of sightseeing. Don't miss out on the Quattro Formaggi plate or the sizzling cheese fondue. The friendly and hospitable owner is always happy to make suggestions and provide excellent service. In summary, Vuliò is a must-visit establishment for anyone seeking delicious, authentic Puglian cuisine at an affordable price.

Looking for a nice place for an aperitif, we find this place. Compared to others in the area, the lower than average prices are immediately noticeable (some offers are displayed outside). Let's go in. Vulió is a place of Apulian origin... from drinking to eating, everything comes from there. All of excellent quality. Simple menu but with countless proposals, wines and craft and non-craft beers. We take an "Aperipuglia" platter and two glasses of red... what can I say, it was really refreshing. A welcoming place, albeit small in size, to which there is an outdoor gazebo. Speaking to one of the owners, it was explained to us that they opened close to the pandemic, investing heavily in the distribution of the premises' spaces and, with the state funding provided to companies, they were able to create the external part. A young company, with excellent foundations and willing and capable staff. We will return with pleasure. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
