excellent location and views! love the design, comfort , and size of the room. bed is super comfy , the sectional type couch was awesome, housekeeping was great ! toiletries were really nice and starbucks coffee in room (you have to call and request a coffee pot ) excellent stay all around

My daughter flew in for Mother's Day weekend and we stayed at the W Chicago Lakeshore. It was amazing. Emily greeted us with a smile and was very customer service oriented!!! Every staff member we encountered was awesome!!! Great views, awesome location, wonderful Mother's Day weekend!!! Highly recommend this hotel!!!
