Very disappointed with the service. My friend had already paid the bill in cash, and I was simply discussing with my friend whether we could use my membership points to offset the bill. I was speaking to my friend, not the cashier. When I asked if the bill could still be adjusted, the cashier became rude, accused me of having a bad attitude, and even used offensive language towards me. Regardless of any misunderstanding, this was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should be able to ask questions about their bill without being treated disrespectfully. This experience left a very negative impression of the restaurant. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: RM 200+

Thanks to my neighbour , I was invited to a CNY event hosted by Bukit Jambul JMC at W World on 28 Feb . The sumptuous finely - cooked dinner made up for the long wait in the spacious almost freezing restaurant . The Yee Sang had a refreshing twist with chempedak & apples & fresh veges topped with salmon skin . But the double boiled pork ribs soup with dried scallop , fish maw & snow pear was excellent restoring my energy drained from the too cold air conditioning . The Charcoal Roasted Macau Chicken with Golden Flexseed was quite a novelty . The luxurious claypot of SA abolene , pork belly and premium seafood blew me away as the huge prawns were firm and fresh , the abolone and sea cucumber cooked just right . The steamed Dragon Grouper was the darling of the menu as it was so fresh all diners wished for more and I ate the fish head to the last morsel ! The Hong Kong Wing Chow preserved meat and Chinese liver sausage wasn’t my cup of rice although the other diners seemed to like it The Lemongrass Jelly with strawberry , lychee and grapefruit was a great refreshing choice after the hearty luxurious food Service was surprisingly efficient given the massive crowd . Individual servings of the soup and dessert must be commended as it is hygienic and enhanced the presentation Overall the finely cooked dishes and great service would make me want to bring guests there . Highly recommended for hosting events ! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
