Very delicious food, excellent wine. Dumplings as starter highly recommended. Zander also very tasty. Only downside: it was quite cold, colder than outside on a rainy day, so make sure to bring a sweater. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Wandal is an amazing choice for either lunch or dinner and absolutely deserves its Michelin Guide recommendation. The interior is elegant, modern, and minimalistic, creating a beautiful atmosphere without feeling overly formal. The service really stands out. The waiters take the time to explain each dish, how it is prepared, and the ingredients behind it, which makes the whole experience feel much more special. The menu was excellent, with a great variety and plenty of vegan options. The lamb was definitely the star of the meal perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The oysters were also amazing and absolutely worth trying. The wine list is extensive, with a great selection to complement the food. Overall, a fantastic dining experience combining beautiful design, excellent food, knowledgeable service, and a great wine selection. Definitely a place I would recommend in Warsaw!
