Anyone who thinks that there are only historical places in the old town of Cologne should urgently visit Wartesaal am Dom. Maximum attentive staff, imaginative cuisine, excellent service. Yes, it does not only look precious, but it is a precious place.
A wide selection of excellent wines! In addition, really good food, which is also nicely presented on a plate. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. You will be well advised by the waiters if you can not decide which food you choose. What I can say is that the staff speaks several languages. So this restaurant is also suitable for international guests. Further, I find the 'surprise menu' (3 or 4 courses) exciting! I'm looking forward to the next visit!
