Had a great experience at Wax Social! The ambience has a fun speakeasy vibe, the cocktails are unique, creative, and actually taste amazing. Travis did a wonderful job welcoming us and making us feel right at home. Beaverton needed a cool place like this! Great food, great vibe, and we’ll definitely be back! A fantastic addition to The Shilo Inn. Price per person: $20–30

Love Love Love this place!! The decor, the vibe, the cocktails, the gourmet food, the staff, WOW! First, the painkiller drink might be the best cocktail I've ever had. Tastes delicious, can't taste the alcohol, but it definitely sneaks up on you! The food was amazing - especially the bone marrow, steak bites, poke nachos and cheesecake. The service was amazing. Gabe is a great server and we were able to meet Sean, the owner. Great guy. The DJ and music was great - created a great vibe and fun, varied mix of music but never too loud. The decór is also amazing. One of my new fav places in the Beaverton area. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wax Social is one of those places that feels like you discovered a secret you almost don’t want to share :) Hidden away inside a Best Western on Portland’s west side, it somehow manages to be both incredibly cool and completely welcoming at the same time. From the moment you walk in, the lighting, music, and decor create this warm, intimate energy that’s hard to find these days. The DJ spinning vinyl is such a cool touch and the cocktails are insanely creative! The decor is incredible — framed photos of music legends cover the walls, while another wall built entirely from vintage speakers creates an iconic centerpiece. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive…they made us feel welcome right away. Oh, and don't miss the steak bites and deviled eggs, they're ridiculously good and worth the visit on their own! Wax Social feels like a hidden love letter to music, cocktails, and great design...and we can't wait to return :). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
