Iam a regular buyer on Thursdays and when loadshedding as I live within the vicinity. 1. Attitude I received was unwelcoming to avoid harsh words 2. I then said, I didn't know you sell ice cream in the outlet & I requested the taste, she told me it's R8.00 & I said no I need just a teaspoon to taste. Yooo, she went to town telling about milky lane, Spare & other outlets then I politely told that the outlets you mentioning now they do provide that & told her about the one that was at Spar & I don't want to tell you the response 3. I then requested the manager & the lady that gave me unwelcoming reception said she is thus requested the owners number she the refused. I therefore told her that I will respond her to consumer authority & she said I can go to any authority no policy of tasting & I told her report is not only about that but even attitude. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 350–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Fish and Chips
