I bought a wimpy burger with chips today at 12pm. The white man behind me bought two meals and a cappuccino. His order was given to him first even though I bought minutes before him. When I questioned the wimpy employee (coloured woman with red hair) she started screaming and shouting. The manager too was there and he apologised for the inconvenience even though the lady with the red hair wouldn’t stop screaming at me in front of the manager, staff and customers. I was very upset and embarrassed. Never again will I support wimpy I usually buy through Uber eats, but that too will stop.

I have been to Wimpy Killarney Mall @12:15 today. I ordered the breakfast special and a cheese burger. It took them over an hour to make it. I had to go to the cashier n tell them am leaving and I had it in 2 minutes. The order wasn't prepared as I wanted it as the eggs weren't well done as requested. It took them 30 minutes to refry the eggs for me.
I made them make the order a takeaway as I couldn't be 2 hours away from work.
The guy just said he didn't know what to say. He apologized to my son.
I am absolutely frustrated
They weren't busy
People that came in after me left before me
I will never recommend this branch to anyone
