We ordered takeout, and it was absolutely delicious! The pizza had amazing flavor, and the black dough crust was surprisingly realllyyyyy good. Everything tasted fresh and well made. One of the most unique pizzas I’ve ever had in Japan. I tried the Wagyu Pizza, made on W/PIZZA°’s signature black dough, coloured with bamboo charcoal from Kyoto’s famous Arashiyama bamboo forest. Not only does it look spectacular, but it was also absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the wagyu beef was flavourful and tender, and the crust had a great texture. What really made the experience special was the warm hospitality from Raju, who was incredibly friendly and passionate about his craft. If you’re looking for something different from the usual pizza experience in Kyoto, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!
