I really wanted to like this place. The ramen was awful, the packages you buy at the grocery store were better unfortunately. They told us they were really busy and gave us a heads up that it would be 40minutes to an hour. We made a choice that that was ok. The food came in 1 hour 50 minutes. There were 3 other families at tables, they have dozens of tables, so they were no where near at capacity. They did not have a line at the food truck. These indicators do not suggest they were beyond capacity. And taking two hours to make a sushi roll and a bowl of ramen under these circumstances with 5 workers in the food truck is ridiculous. Beyond that, the ramen, like I said before, was beyond bad in flavor and in what was included. No vegetables or even an egg on it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sushi Rolls, Noodles
