The decor and seating were beautiful. We were seated in a beautiful booth. The service was extraordinary. Every need was attended to by the amazing staff. The food was fresh and really tasty. I would strongly recommend the special cheese crust pizza. Desserts such as the milk cakes and cake and custard are always exceptional at waffleato. The brownie crunch cake is the new edition which was is easily a new favourite of mine.made by Noor himself. Also waffleato is great place for meals out with the family where everyone is treated like a valuable customer.

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Ordered at 9PM and it cane just before 11pm. I rang up a few times and it seemed the staff were stressed and angry at me despite it being the opposite and me still remaining polite. Food arrived fresh and lovely hence the 3 star. But I would avoid if you have a family to feed. I only ordered 1 meal, 1 can of Pepsi and 1 desert. 2 hours to make and deliver. Ridiculous.

I have been to so many desert places but this place waffelato is amazing I recommend this place the staff are amazing so polite and helpful the best Ferraro sundae I have had definitely be coming back
