A shame ! We went yesterday afternoon to the Waffle Factory at Carrefour Lingostière. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the waitress!! To begin with, without knowing that we had to order at the terminal, we approached the saleswoman who, without saying hello, sent us away, aggressively asking us to go and take the order at the terminal without knowing if we could get there or not. ... Following this, I bring him my ticket, the waitress tells me, as if it were obvious (by rolling my eyes) to go sit down and that she was going to call me for the order. Then we discover the place to sit... the sticky tables, wooden spoons full of Nutella strewn on the floor, the trays overflowing on the trash can, a glass spilled on a table.... For my part, I think the waitress should do some cleaning rather than be on her phone in front of everyone... knowing that there were 5 people so there weren't many customers that would allow her not to clean the room. But she was probably more concerned with looking at her phone than what we saw... From start to finish, our experience was terrible... 1 waffle, 3 smoothies and 1 bottle of water, all for 24 euros, knowing that we left 3/4... I never post opinions but I think that we must react to the staff who are supposed to have customer contact!! I certainly wouldn't come back.
