Literally just had the most horrible experience there. Mine and my husband’s food were both wrong. I tried eating mine but it was loaded with onions. I ordered it meat and cheese only. I asked for it to be remade. The cook then proceeds to talk about me to the waiter making fun of me for requesting it be changed. Then proceeded to say again loud enough I could hear it clear as day that people like me weren’t doing that crap. If I wanted it remade I had to pay for it. So I said ma’am I can hear you talking about me and that’s extremely rude. She then became very verbally aggressive to the point I no longer even felt safe staying to finish rest of my food or to eat the food I had paid for! She was yelling saying I didn’t know what I was talking about she never said anything. Girl! There were only two people in entire restaurant I had just sent my food back! I was a very busy time of the morning and the staff was handling it way better than I could. Lol they were friendly and attentive for the level of business happening right then. Lol the food was Awesome.

Beware of racist cook and other staff. My husband and his brother went there after a long day of work. The cook refused to serve them because of their race. She continued to help all the other people dining that were white but told the server “I’m not helping them, they need to get out” The moment she walked out she was glaring at them and being nasty towards them. I believe her name is brandy, old white little lady. Just for context, my husband is a construction worker, they were not intoxicated at all and they were fully clothed. Which was not the same for the people she was in-fact helping. We love Waffle House but this was absolutely unacceptable. Please do not support this location. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
