Server was very kind but the place was very filthy. Dirty tables, kitchen dirty, floors dirty. Only what my eyes could see, I can’t imagine what else was dirty. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

From the moment I walked into the Waffle House in Brandon, MS, I was greeted with kindness and warmth. Miss Sandy welcomed us in like family, allowing us to enjoy the cool air and charge up for the road ahead. Her simple act of kindness meant more than words can say. But the real gem is the 3rd shift crew—Miss Vicky, David, and the whole team. They were not only welcoming but made the entire atmosphere feel like home. They worked together like a well-oiled machine, with a spirit of unity that you don’t see every day. After resting for the night, we returned in the morning and were once again greeted with the same joy and kindness. Waffle House, you are truly blessed to have such wonderful people on your team. If you’re ever passing through Brandon, this Waffle House is a must-stop. The people here are not just employees—they are a family, and for a moment, they made me feel like part of it. Thank you all.
