I really want to love this location because it is only two minutes from me. Every time I come in, the staff is welcoming, friendly, and quick to help. The restaurant has also been clean each time I have visited. However, the cherry syrup for the Coke has been out multiple times now. I know it may seem like a small thing, but it is honestly one of my favorite parts of eating at Waffle House. It is something I specifically look forward to. Unfortunately, I have ended up leaving more than once because it was unavailable. At this point, I now prefer to drive to the Airport Blvd location since they consistently have it stocked. It would really help this store if they could keep popular drink options available. Small details matter, and consistency keeps customers coming back. I hope this improves because I would truly prefer to support the location closest to me. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First Waffle House I've ever been that has 98..% female staff. Those ladies were so dam organized. Heading cook was giving mid cooking pep talks. I could have sat and watch for awhile. But I had places to be and it was very busy. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’m officially done with Waffle House. After already walking out of one location earlier today due to poor service, I decided to give another location a chance—but unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing. At this point, it’s clear that these weren’t just isolated incidents. Both visits had the same issues: poor customer service, no sense of urgency, and a lack of basic attentiveness to customers. It’s frustrating to see such consistent problems across different locations. I truly hope Waffle House takes a closer look at its training and customer service standards, because there’s a lot of room for improvement. Customers shouldn’t feel ignored or unimportant when dining out. For now, this will be my last visit to any Waffle House. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
