The waffles were actually really tasty, but the customer service was awful. The staff were rude, unfriendly, and didn’t even give a basic welcome when I walked in. It felt like they didn’t want customers there. A smile and simple good manners cost nothing, but apparently that’s too much to ask. Good food isn’t enough to make me come back when the people serving it make the experience unpleasant. The staff seriously need to work on their customer service and attitude. Being rude to customers is not a good look for any business. I won’t be returning, and I hope they improve the way they treat people because great waffles can’t make up for poor service.

Waffle kitchen is one if the best dessert shops in Luton hands down. Always consistent and the portion and price point is excellent value for money when you compare with other places in bury park. The kunafa Matilda cake is delicious, decadent and packed to the brim making it sufficient for two or three people to share.
