Used DoorDash to order Waffle House and waited an hour for the food to be delivered”prepared.” They came back and told the dasher that they hadn’t even started making it yet because they had bigger orders. Terrible customer service. Whoever was managing at the time should be fired. I do not recommend.

Really disappointing service from Aniya. When I said my hash browns were wrong, she argued without even looking at them and told me I could leave. After that, she didn’t refill our drinks or check on us, but kept chatting with another table. Poor service all around. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve ordered from this Waffle House on Capitol Boulevard a few times, but I no longer feel comfortable returning. A male cook on the late-night shift has repeatedly made inappropriate comments and engaged in unwanted flirting that feels like harassment. Customers should feel safe and respected, and that hasn’t been my experience. I hope management addresses this issue. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
