Food is truly worth the price. I loved everything that we ordered. Service is a bit slow but the staff were kind and nice. Rated the atmosphere 2 stars because when we ate there, there weren't enough fans to ease the heat and smoke produced by the grill. My partner easily sweats (a lot) and I'm pregnant so it was a bit uncomfortable but the overall dining experience was still fine. It's good to be there, the heart is missing We recently ate at Wagyuniku Gentri because of the good reviews of their food. It's true, the taste is superb, especially the meat. But, we were disappointed with the service and ambiance. The staff didn't seem to welcome us, and it took a while before we were given a menu. When we asked about the servings, they were not very accomodating either. The noise inside is also terrible. Suddenly, a super loud "Merry Christmas" song was played and then the staff danced next to our table. They didn't leave until there was a donation, which is quite surprising. The music is layered, it's hard to talk. For the price we paid, we expected the service and ambiance to be better. Kudos to the chef, but they still need to improve other aspects of their restaurant.
