It does what it does well. Not too frilly but classy and modern at the same time. The ceiling is lined in beautiful finished wood planks - a nice touch! Staff is very friendly and a simple iced coffee with just a dash of skim milk tasted wonderful (this is to comment that the coffee itself is delicious and smooth). Got an egg sandwich with sausage and it was tasty and would love to come back to check out the rest of their options. At 4:30pm, it's a plus to know they're still cranking out eggies! Solid job from the quiet and quaint Wake Cup Astoria.
