Stopped into Walcha Coffee Café today (first visit in about 12 months) and wow, what a transformation! The vibe is absolutely spot on, warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about what they do, which makes the whole experience even better. The passionfruit tart was next level, easily one of the best I have had, and the coffee just wow. Such a great selection, and you can really taste the care and quality in every cup. Loved hearing about the innovative roasting methods and espresso extraction too, these guys are seriously pushing things forward. If you are anywhere near Walcha, this place is a must visit.
