We came here for a last minute bottomless brunch and Beth managed to squeeze the two of us in, within the hour!! Food was nice, and service was super quick - thank you so much Beth for looking after us! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Booked a mid week bottomless brunch for 15 of us. Considering they had minimal staff, they were absolutely fantastic with making sure we had plenty to drink. The food was super tasty too Will definitely be back in future! Thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Booked a 1.5-hour bottomless brunch and pre-ordered our food in advance. Our food didn’t arrive until one hour into the brunch, and two meals were completely missing. We reported this to four members of staff before the manager eventually came over. He disputed that the meals had been ordered, despite us showing proof. He claimed the server would have confirmed everything at the start of the brunch — this did not happen. He said he would sort it, but 20 minutes later there was still no food. We chased again and again. The missing meals finally arrived 45 minutes after the rest of the table had been served. Drinks service was just as frustrating. We were told we couldn’t order at the bar and had to wait for table service — however, the server was nowhere to be seen most of the time. When drinks did arrive, they were filled with ice, meaning there was barely any actual drink and they were gone in minutes. Instead of offering a proper apology or resolving things quickly, the manager sent over rounds of shots for the inconvenience. While appreciated, that wasn’t really the point — we just wanted the food and drinks we had paid for within the time frame of the brunch. When the food finally arrived, we tried to order drinks to have with it, but were told no because the brunch had “ended ages ago” — despite the delays being entirely due to the kitchen and service issues, not us. To top it off, when paying, the manager approached me, then disappeared for 10 minutes leaving me standing there before finally returning to take payment. Overall, extremely poor organisation and management of what should have been a straightforward booking. Very disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
