Indian girl behind the cashier need more experience how to deal with customers and how makes hotdogs . Just ordered a hotdog at the watergardens store. In fact the first time ive ordered any food from this business. What a disappointment. Vacant eyed stare from the girl taking the order, i ordered a hotdog that was meant to come with caramelized onion. When she went to hand it to me i couldn't see any evidence of onions so I asked if they were added. She said they were at the bottom which i was skeptical given the bun was so shallow. When i got to the car to eat it .. i found a teency tiny bit of onion under the frankfurt amd it was RAW! This place needs some serious quality control and the staff should know what an American hotdog should taste like. Who serves raw onion in a hotdog unless they've never even eaten one. Stop taking people's hard earned money until you can deliver a proper product that the customer has paid for. And hire staff that at least appear to care about customer service even if they don't seem to care what rubbish they serve up. I could have gone to one of the other nearby Foodcourt businesses and eaten something 10 times better quality as ive tried some of those foods previously...but thought id give this business a go. I thought of getting donuts while I'd been waiting. im glad i didn't as i would have felt even more ripped off. Quality control is an issue that needs to be fixed.
