Worse experience i have ever had. I had an appointment today at 7am for tire change and I get their on time and the department manager Debbie just said she didn't know anything and that that was not her problem. I drove over an hour for my appointment and that's the only explanation I get. I told her I had an appointment at 7am and she denied they made appointments so I showed her the text messages I've been receiving from Walmart and she had no answer. I had to wait outside the automotive entrance till after 7am even though they should open at 7am because this manager Debbie and an employee were just chatting and laughing doing nothing. Corporate should look into this so call manager who obviously does not know how things work in her own department (automotive).

I rarely have a good Customer Service experience at Wal Mart. They seem more interested in treating their customers like criminals. People deserve to spend their hard earned money at a place that values their business.

It is fairly easy to find just about anything you need. Check out can be a little long sometimes. I don't think they have enough registers open sometimes. Self checkout is nice if you're in a hurry.
