The Walmart representative could not give me a quote on installation of tires because the sales tax might change overnight and that until my truck is up on the lift with my tires off he could then tell me how much the job will be because maybe the tires were ordered online and maybe the shipping charges could be more than anticipated and that the job would be a cash deal only. Couldn't put it on my card.

THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFIC TO THE AUTO “CARE” CENTER. I 100% understand how busy this location can be. However, intentionally telling people that a wait will be much much longer than it actually is just to get people to not schedule a service is ridiculous. Three hours for a tire rotation is insanely long. Regardless of how busy they are, telling someone that it would be 3/4 hours before they would even begin is insane. My recommendation? Find somewhere else to go or learn how to do it yourself. At least for now.
