The best thing out of this visit was the sale on the cirkul water bottles. I will say Ms. Brady & Ms. Shabrisha did go above and beyond to try to help with my phone issue. I was charged x2 for 1 phone and for some reason I have been given the hardest time getting this resolved. I live 3hrs away and had the receipt on my Walmart app but was told that wasn't good enough. I sent my nephew there and he was told a different story by someone else in customer service. So 3 wasted trips. I need compensation for my gas at this point. I like to shop at small town stores but when you receive suboptimal service it really makes me rethink that. Thennnnnn when I was told to speak with Coach Twon, I called 8 times. The first time. The guy who answered said " look I'm disabled and only doing this job while im on disability...Please hold on" he placed me on hold for 20 minutes and them hung up. I called back x2 days and I think he saw my number and refused to answer that phone! If he is this disabled maybe phones is not where he needs to be...let him greet ppl or dust the lamps! But get him away from the phone. I have reached out to corporate so hopefully someone will get to the bottom of it and refund me. Also please instruct cashiers in electronics to not scan any item x2 .

Shopping here is always a breeze I can always find what I am looking for. The employees keep the store clean and organized and I appreciate that.
