Self checkout and the CC chip reader was not working. Employee told me to bend my CC while holding it in. I told her she needed to call manager to have the reader repaired that bending a CC is not a solution. She said rudely "have a good day".

I live in a big city, and there are less pickup lanes in the city than at this Walmart. The pickup lanes take up half the parking lot. It's absolutely absurd how many pickup lanes there are at this location, and I was told they are always empty. Since the COVID shutdown is over, maybe they should update the parking lot?
