Walmart specifically speaking to Decatur Walmart supercenter the manager there you need to train all your employees to be friendly and to offer to help I’ve seen over 10 Walmart associates and asked four of them to help me and they had no clue like who don’t know what a toilet paper holder is or if you work there, you don’t know where it’s at come on man i’m a manager myself and I gotta say that I know these companies have SOP‘s and certain ways to do things but yeah you need to have your employees to offer to help not to just walk out of door walk by not saying nothing see you looking for something obviously anyway great job manager at Walmart in Decatur.

I had to get a battery replaced here and the Auto Center was great! They helped me out right away. I will say if you need to call the store give it up. They do not answer phones at ANY time of day. I had to wait til I got there to get anything done including finding the battery I had baught on line at the store. Once you are in the store though, service in great!

We were traveling had a tire emergency. This location has tire and lube hours of 7am to 7pm. They had the tire we needed showing in stock. Arrived at 530 pm to find that department losed with only one associate working who said they couldn't help because there had to be 2 people there. I suggested a manager but evidently they run the store without one. No help at all. Sent out the door hours away from destination. Called Walmart Corporate was promised a call from the store. To date nothing. Do not recommend.
