I was treated with no respect and people need to be aware that I don't know what states states are going to have facial recognition at Walmarts but if I ever go to Walmart and wearing a mask

I placed a 16 item order online to be delivered to my home this evening. One item is placed on backorder and should be delivered tomorrow. One item out of 15 items was delivered to my doorstep with an additional two items I did not order. I received a notification informing me that all but one item was delivered. The photo showing my front doorstep tells a different story. How can a delivery person mess up so bad? Do they not know how to count? Do they not read their order slips and double-check the items in the bags to make sure the items match what is on the slip? Apparently not! Either they don't care, or they're ripping customers off. My order mainly consisted of everyday household items and a few other things that would probably be enticing to someone who may be struggling. To the person who attempted to deliver my order tonight, be thankful I didn't post your name. I'm sure you need your job. I won't be reckless like you were with my order! I did; however, take back the tip I left for you on the order site. Trying to get a live person on the phone was another treat! I had to go through several AI chats before I was transferred over to a live person. It was at this point I was given a phone number to Walmart's refund department. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was the only positive experience I received. On the other hand, I was supposed to receive a refund confirmation via email. I'm still waiting on this, too. My Walmart days are over! I love the convenience of having my household grocery items delivered to my doorstep when I'm in a pinch. No more! This entire experience has put a very sour taste in this girl's mouth. You need to do better Walmart! You also need to do better when hiring third-party sources to deliver to your customers! I wonder how many elderly people who don't know any better have been ripped off by this shoddy service?

Went for black shorts. They had exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Wareham Walmart Supercenter.
