I purchased an iPhone screen protector and left the store. After opening the package outside, I realized it did not fit my phone. I returned to the store to request a refund and brought the opened package with me. When the associates examined the package, they stated that the screen protector was missing. I explained that I believed the clear piece in the package was the screen protector and did not realize there was a separate black screen protector included. Because of this misunderstanding, I had not intentionally removed or kept any merchandise. During the interaction, an associate picked up my iPhone without asking my permission and stated that the black screen protector was already on my phone. I explained that I did not know the black piece was the screen protector and that I had not installed it. My concern was not only the accusation but also that my brand-new iPhone was handled multiple times without my consent. Even after a manager became involved, my phone was picked up again without permission. I understand employees must investigate concerns regarding merchandise. However, I believe customers' personal property should not be handled without first asking for permission. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and concerned that my new phone could have been damaged while being handled

Came in to shop today (7/2/26) and decided to get a box of World Cup cards for my grandkids. When I approached the cards , a Walmart employee said in a very stern voice " You're not allowed here til I'm done!" Not " Excuse me sir, we're not allowed to let people in this section when we're stocking shelves " I'm not 5 years old & do not expect to be talked to as such by an employee when I'm shopping I even said " were not allowed to buy products on the shelves just because you decided to stock the shelves at 9am..? And at least be respectful to me as a customer, not talk down to me like I'm a child. I left store & went to Redners. They're more expensive but at least their employees treat customers with a bit of respect. Kindness is free,

This Walmart is consistently clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The associates are friendly, approachable, and willing to help when you need assistance. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location—you can take care of several errands in one trip. The shopping plaza includes a pharmacy, restaurants, a pet store, and Cost Cutters Hair Salon, all within the same parking lot. Whether you're picking up groceries, household essentials, or getting a fresh haircut, everything is just a short walk away. Definitely a convenient and reliable Walmart for the Georgetown area.
