Make sure you buy the right exact product! I tried to exchange the wrong coolant I bought and I told the Indian woman working there (she’s controlling by the way) “Can I exchange the concentrate coolant for the ready to use one. It’s a $4 difference and I’ll pay it.” Made me wait in the customer service line later on. Procrastinated because I didn’t wanna wait in that long line for a few days. Went, and it took me a week and a half to even get it returned. The line was either too long and I didn’t have time, or they closed early because there’s usually only one person working it. The guy was rude when I asked him if they were closed a couple days ago because he was helping people for something else and I wasn’t sure if they were open. Day staff is rude, other customers are rude because of the entitlement of the area we live in, the vibe at this one is just overall bad. I do wanna say though, the night and mid shift staff is SOOOOO much friendlier! Shout out to the night manager (shorter guy with gray beard and glasses) he’s always so nice! Also the Hispanic guy and girl that works the check out till 11! Indian guy too! They’re always so nice! His name starts with an A, don’t remember what it is, but he’s my homie when I go there!

Clean and well organized. Friendly security person at the exit. The Electronics Department clerk was EXCEPTIONAL – immediately helpful and very efficient finishing the transaction by checking me out.
