Nothing can be better than ordering nicely cooked pizza and good chicken. Walmart Supercenter is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A number of reviewers find that prices are reasonable for what you receive. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Clean, wide open store with a great selection of garden plants and supplies. They also have a great selection of cactus and succulents. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking.

3 separate staff members were incredibly rude to me when all I wanted to do was try on a bathing suit top. Walmart does not have a policy against this across the board but dressing room rules vary by location and I was only made aware of this today, considering I tried on the bathing suit I was returning at a different location two days prior. I also wasn’t aware you can no longer exchange, only return and then purchase the other items. However, the younger man in customer service was much friendlier and not speaking to me as if I’m unintelligent. The older women in women’s close seemed to be very offended that I was there, and that they had to pretend to want to help me. The bathing suits looked like a crime scene so perhaps they just want to LOOK like they do their jobs.

I had an outstanding shopping experience at the Walmart Supercenter on Ingersol Drive. The store was spotless and well-organized, making it easy to find everything on my list. The staff at the entrance greeted me warmly, and floor associates were attentive and knowledgeable when I had questions about product selection. Checkout was a breeze—efficient cashiers and plenty of open lanes meant no long waits. I also appreciated the availability of curbside pickup, which made my trip even more convenient. Overall, this location offers great prices, wide selection, and top-notch customer service. I’ll definitely be back—and I highly recommend it to anyone in the Novi area!
