Right after seeing American Museum of Science & Energy, come for a meal. Cooks at this fast food do their best to provide guests with good meat sandwiches and tasty meatballs. Subway is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Here you will pay average prices. The disgusting atmosphere is what visitors don't like at this place. We have always bought our footlongs at the Subway on Illinois Ave. and they have always been delicious. We stopped in at lunchtime and purchased two subs. We took them to go and when we got them home and heated them, they tasted awful. The bread was hard, the selection of food at the store was wilted and down to bottom of container. Nothing was fresh. We were so disappointed. I called the number on the receipt and got an answering machine. No one has showed any concern over the problem. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Went in around 740ish and was told he wasn’t taking anymore customers, that he was to far behind and didn’t have barely any ingredients like if it says 9 you should be open til 9 not close when you feel like it, I can’t close my store down if I’m behind I have to stay later to close it

On Friday, October 31st, 2025 at approximately 8:52 a.m., I walked into the Subway located inside Walmart. As I entered, the employee working at the time came out from the back, looked at me, and said, “Jesus Christ,” in a tone that suggested frustration about my arrival that early. I asked, “Do you not want customers at this time?” and she replied, “My nose is stuffy, allergies.” It was clear that wasn’t the real reason for her comment, so I decided to leave. As I was walking out, she added, “It’s allergies, buddy,” to which I responded, “Have a good one,” and exited the store. I understand that everyone can have off days or moments of frustration, but expressing it so openly toward a customer creates an uncomfortable experience and discourages people from wanting to stay or order.
