Terrible customer service. Unreliableplus member and they couldn’t deliver and I have to wait 24 hours for a refund for items I never received. Called local and 1-800 Walmart, no resolutiononly incompetence and unreliability. Do not recommend. Save your money and time. You will be disappointed with third party delivery either way no accountability and the parent company will not solve any issues. Canceling my membership.

Today my mother went into this Walmart and was told by the cell phone department she was not getting into a contract it’s funny they lie they don’t call it a contract but it is they take it ID and ss number nothing is free no phone is free if u don’t not pay ur bill ur charged full price for that phone if u want the phone to be “free” u have to pay that high phone bill for 3 years don’t be tricked into a fake contract as they call it a post paid account it’s the same thing u can get prepaid for one set amount every month u get there “postpaid” ur paying almost double that and ur told its 50.00 a month there a joke and there boss he argues with u idk how Walmart lets them do business there they are rude and lie
