Halfway between SLC an Denver is the beautiful oasis of the Rawlins Supercenter Walmart! Its smaller an darker inside than some, but they've packed it tight with all the usual wally world wares.

Here's a Walmart you won't see much any longer. It's way small, has concrete floors even (how often do you see that?), and is so small that it's designation as a "Supercenter" seems rather odd to me. The store's selections are quite limited as a consequence of it's diminutive size, though it certainly had everything I needed to re-supply and travel onward. The store was nice and clean, the staff were a mite slow though very friendly as well as genuinely helpful. It would be great one day to see that this Wal*Mart has updated into a real, full-blown Walmart Supercenter, for the area certainly has more than enough citizens living there to support this eventuality.
