Take a break and order tasty suppli. Walmart Supercenter is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are good. But most people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Why do you keep it 100° inside of this store? It's a disgusting swampy diaper inside of this awful place. No self-checkouts anymore, zero carts available upon entering with the exception of one that was filled with garbage and all of the lines are stacked with people topping off their carts and those who come to just grab one or two things have to wait in painfully longgg lines. I decided to put my items back and go to the one south of here and the difference was night and day. Cool, uncrowded, plenty of carts and lots of self checkout stations.

Picked up curbside today. Was missing 6 items!!! I filed for a refund which comes in 7 ish days ( kinda crazy) I think the pending amount should not go through until a shopper confirms they have received all their items and refunds can come back quicker cause now I need to go re-purchased the items. They need to check on the shoppers.. something is not right. So frustrating Granola

I shop regularly at Walmart Supercenter - 4855 Kietzke Ln because I live nearby and usually buy most of my groceries there several times a week. Unfortunately, today I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When it was my turn at the register, I greeted the cashier and politely asked if she could check the price of some tomatoes. She ignored me and started loudly calling another employee because it was time for her break, then simply walked away from the register without explaining anything, leaving me standing there. Another employee (Parvin) came to help but never greeted me or apologized. When I asked again about the price of the tomatoes, she replied “I don’t know” in a rude tone, and then immediately saw the price on the screen. The entire interaction felt very unfriendly and uncomfortable. Several of my items were glass jars and they were not double-bagged, so I had to do it myself. At the end of the transaction she didn’t say the total, thank you, or goodbye. I work in customer service myself, and I understand that people can have difficult days, but basic communication and courtesy go a long way. As a regular customer, this experience was very disappointing.
