If you go to the Walmart on kitsky, be sure you're Hispanic, I do not believe that I deserve better treatment, but I sure as hell deserve. Equal treatment. I spent 20 minutes in the aisle called twice for assistance. Understood. They were busy when they assistant came, won. He walked right past me, a white woman to the Hispanic woman who had just walked up, helped her and told me he didn't have a key to help me. And we were getting into the same cabinet. He walked away, came back with a key and said that he could help me now. But he unlocked the same cabinet for her. This is ridiculous, and this is the second time this has happened.It happened to me in electronics, stood in line, and the person came to the.Register and took the hispanic glazing that came up behind me before they took me.This is ridiculous.It's unfair.I don't deserve better, but I sure deserve equal treatment.

If I could give this Walmart 0 stars, I absolutely would. My family and I had one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had at the Walmart near Kietzke Lane and Redfield Parkway around 10:20 p.m. on April 30, 2026. The cashier, Iliana at register #4, was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we approached her line. Instead of helping us like a normal employee, she acted irritated by our presence and made us feel completely unwelcome. The entire interaction became humiliating and uncomfortable, especially being treated this way in front of other customers. No paying customer deserves to be ignored, disrespected, or treated like they are a burden for simply trying to check out. What should have been a quick and normal shopping trip turned into a frustrating and embarrassing experience that completely ruined our night. Employees like this seriously damage Walmart’s reputation and make customers never want to return. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of cashier Iliana at register #4 because this level of disrespect should never be tolerated in customer service.
