If your job is answering phones,then don't be rude,if your doing more then one job, Walmart needs someone assigned to that position,only!!with good customer service skills

I came right after work and literally ran inside to get to a prescription on time, I was the last in line and they told me they couldn’t serve me. I waited until a pharmacist was available to move up to the counter, they then told us again they are closing down, when I checked my phone it was 6:59 so I said “it’s not 7 yet can you get it real quick?” They said no and made an excuse consisting of, “it takes 5 minutes to count money and close the register” she also stated “we tried it one time and I got in trouble personally”. I then said again “it still isn’t seven, we could have gotten it already by this time”. The lady in the back of the pharmacy then again said “I’m sorry but I can’t”. I walked away still at 6:59 In the time that we went back and forth I could’ve gotten multiple prescriptions but instead she argued with the customer and refused to serve me. This has made the pharmacy a laughing stock in my opinion.
