It's worth visiting Walmart Supercenter to try tasty suppli. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are affordable for the quality you receive. There is cozy atmosphere at this spot. But Walmart Supercenter hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Today I stopped at your Rome, New York Walmart (store #02234) to purchase groceries before heading into the Adirondacks which we do annually. At approximately 1:10 p.m., I, along with three or four other customers (which I encourage you to verify through your security cameras), were informed by the deli staff that the deli would be closed for one hour because the entire team was leaving for lunch. When customers questioned the situation, we were told that if we had an issue with it, we should “go see a manager,” after which the employees abruptly walked away. Beyond the poor customer service, I was also concerned by what appeared to be a significant operational and safety issue. The employees left three fryers operating at approximately 275°F unattended, along with rotisserie ovens containing chickens at what I assume were normal cooking temperatures of several hundred degrees. Leaving active cooking equipment unattended raises questions about both safety and operational procedures. As an operational leader for a large organization myself, I know I would want to be made aware if something like this were occurring in one of my locations. My intention is not simply to complain, but to ensure that both the customer experience and safety standards are being upheld. Thank you for your time and attention. Michael A

Typically has the items in stock. Store is clean and associates are typically helpful. Would love them to leave the scan and go register on so walmart+ members don't have to wait as self checkout associates consistently redirect walmart+ to the closed register.

I'm quite pleased for the most part. Love self checkout so I can watch prices and go at my own pace. I'd like more handicap carts. Most employees are friendly and helpful but I have a beef with would you like to round up or down to the nearest dollar and then it clicks to round up quick.
