don't particularly like the new In-N-Out way people are helpful but when things that are in sales then to get to the cash register self-serve they don't ring up right but clerk is very helpful and courteous to fix the problems

Self checkout cashier was very rude when she came to check our cart. It wasn't busy but she had an attitude when she told us we used the wrong self check. She pointed to one with a closed sign and said that's what we should have went to. I pointed out it was closed, she said again with an attitude that's where we should have gone. We were the only ones their, don't know why we should have gone to a closed one.
