The lady at the entrance of the garden center at 4:50pm on 6/26 is THE BEST. I’ve had 2 separate interactions with her and she is just the kindest and has the best energy

I’m getting tired of the employees hovering over my shoulders when I’m scanning one item and typing in my card info. Nancy was covering behind me by the soda fridge while I was scanning my single item then she slowing starting walking closer till she was right behind me as I was finish typing my info. I confronted her for looking over my shoulder while typing and she blow up getting defensive stating she was doing no such thing and telling me to stop and I was wrong. Stating that since she works there she has the rights to look over at the system. I’ve been in retail management for 10 years and never have told any of my employees to hover and watch the customer type in there Info. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this type of encounter with a Walmart employee. I will be reaching out to corporate due to the policy’s of the employees being broken.
