Last week, my husband and I ordered tires from walmart.com and they arrived on THursday. We scheduled an appointment for install for 4 PM. Upon arriving to the service department for install, the service technician advised that our tires were not there even though we'd already received a confirmation of delivery. He stated that there was no way we could purchase eight tires for one vehicle when clearly the order displayed two separate vehicles with two separate tire sizes. We showed the service technician proof of delivery to their store, and he became combative stating that he did not see them there and we must have done something wrong during the purchase. We requested to speak with the service manager and were able to begin install. During the installation, one of my vehicles suffered the cross threading of several lug nuts. When this was brought to the service manager's attention, he stated that it was already like that. When were not accepting that as a suffice answer, he also became combative just like his service technician and demanded that we leave his shop. We asked for the store manager, they stated that he was there. We asked for the assistant store manager, Ben Flanders stated that he was the assistant store manager and there was nothing that we could do about this because they didn't do it. His only resolution was for us to call 1-800 Walmart. We contacted 1-800 Walmart and the representative stated that we should have been able to place a complaint inside of the store. It just seems as if no one wanted to take accountability or ownership of Walmart's screw up! My advice is if you ever have to get your vehicle serviced either go to a dealership or a reputable company because Walmart service department is not it. This has cost me over $1500.

Out of town and I think that may have lost my wallet there. Been calling customer service for 4 hours since they opened and no answer from customer service so I called the vision extension and they said that they will not answer the phone that I have to come up there to talk to anyone. Are you kidding me? I own full responsibility for losing my wallet but having to drive 1 and a half hours back to the store when customer service could have done their job and answered the 5 second phone call. Then when I get to the store I'm pretty sure that you will see more ppl standing around than there are working. Thanks Walmart lazy employees.
