Needed cheap tires. Purchased them. Dropped my car off in working order. Receicve a garbled message from who I guess was the tech telling me me lugs were stripped. They were not. Found that THEY BROKE THE LUG and refused to do anything about it. Replace two tires, so I wouldn't return them and just threw the others in the back. What the hell?

The staff are very helpful here at me being a blind individual The only complaint I have the floor has spots where it dips and pieces of the floor are broken in spots One is near the registers a big dip and one isn't backed by the pet section is a big dip where the floor dips in and sometimes I twist my ankle other than those things the store is pretty nice kept up sometimes are people hanging out in the parking lots in big groups but never felt unsafe sometimes the store has things missing off the shelves but that's understandable for being next to Albany a lot of people go there and buy things The only complaint I have is how much stuff is locked up at this store a lot of things are behind cases and when you're blind it's harder to find a worker if you don't have one next to you because you don't know who's a Walmart worker or who's not so I wish they had buttons to press on the locks cabinets to send a worker for help for disabled it'd be more accessible that they could put buttons that were call buttons for employee help but Walmart is pretty cool I get a lot of things there and as a blind songwriter and blind singer and blind automotive mechanic I've gotten tools here and I got to say the staff is very good I got my sawzall from this place also hose clamps to do a radiator job My YouTube channel is Joey's adventure 1436 YouTube number is part of channels name to total apart from others on there I show how being blind is not a disability just an obstacle in life I overcame if there's any type bears I speak into my device and it writes for me Hope this review is helpful and one complaint I have the bathroom does not have hot water they should have hot water in the bathroom for people to clean their hands the proper way The bathroom has ice cold water and I don't understand why and it's a faucet that you shake your hand under so you can't control the temperature of the water
