I ordered the El Pastor (Breakfast Burrito Style) Taco menu item. This was a unique breakfast burrito probably the most unique I have had in Bend. A typical breakfast burrito does not contain cooked pinto\brown beans and in town the egg is scrambled. While the egg was somewhat scrambled the warm yoke inside the Burrito was awesome paired with the Beans and it was not over cheesed. I am not even sure if it had cheese. I walked away feeling full but not overwhelmed. It was awesome. If you are trying to road trip in and out of Bend (Colorado right by highway 97) this is a great place to stop get a breakfast Burrito and get coffee at @PalateCoffee house which is on the front side of Wandering ranchero. You can get a great breakfast and some very good coffee and be on your way or on your way to work. It also wasn't crazy busy ...which was great. They don't currently offer a steak breakfast burrito but I think it is one of the easiest and most convenient breakfast stops and all ingredients are fresh and meticulously prepared. Well done Wandering Ranchero you have my attention. Advertise a breakfast burrito menu and remind customers you are right on the way to 97... you are missing a huge opportunity. This is one of the top breakfast locations in Bend, and I can also add that it is one of the most unique and flavorful as well! We love the ability to grab good food early in the morning that isnt overly sweet but instead is spicy and savory! Thanks to the Wandering Ranchero team for making the best breakfast tacos!
