Located along the strip of shops on Warburton Highway, Wandin Valley Providore is a mixed business, selling groceries and deli items, but with a few tables set aside for light lunches. The table settings are tastefully arranged with maroon table cloths, and a lace covering, and some faux tulips decorate each table. The walls are adorned with large cottage-garden prints. The eating space is a cosy nook, and there are a couple of kerbside tables for fine weather days. On my visit I just had coffee, and it was very good, and well extracted. The store offers light meals, including freshly made sandwiches, wraps, quiches, house made soups and the like. The service was welcoming and friendly, and it is a pleasant place for a coffee and cake, or a spot of lunch.
