Poor service hygiene for a high-end restaurant. We expected a premium experience given the high prices here, but the basic service standards were deeply disappointing. When our food was brought to the table, the server served the plates with their bare hands in direct contact with the food itself. For a restaurant of this caliber, staff should be trained in proper plate-handling etiquette (holding plates by the rim or base only). It completely ruined the appetite and the luxury experience. Warm welcome, a spacious and comfortable place that is perfect for both friends and families. They offer a variety of dishes The food is beautifully presented, prepared quickly, and most importantly, absolutely delicious. I had a wonderful experience trying the Italian cuisine, and the service provided by Noor was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience

I had a great experience at Ward Restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt well organized. What really made the visit special was the service. Baker was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed with a big smile. Mahmoud was also very professional and kind, checking on us and making us feel comfortable throughout the meal. Their positive energy truly made the experience even better.
