I can't thank the brilliant staff enough who all helped my elderly mother yesterday when she took a tumble and fractured her humerus. They sat on the floor and assisted with the paramedic and put my mother's dignity and well being before profit having to turn customers away whilst waiting for the ambulance to arrive. So very grateful to you all ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ware coffee lab is my go to coffee shop in ware purely because of the incredible tasting coffee, lovely bubbly staff and calm and chilled aesthetic. I always end up having to have a second cup because it is so good and you can tell the coffee beans aren’t bitter/burnt like other coffee shops. I am always greeted by friendly staff smiling and saying hello! Karolina the new manager is wonderful and always happy to pause and have a chat with me promoting a friendly atmosphere! The only thing I could ask for is potential more savoury vegetarian food options - a veggie sausage roll would be great! I will be back soon for a vanilla latte thank you Karolina and team!
